The Meet & Greet Life Sciences is the ultimate career event for Life Science & Technology students at Hanze University. Third-year students from Bioinformatics, Biology, Medical Laboratory Research, Medical Diagnostics, Chemistry, and second-year Chemical Engineering students will engage with Life Sciences companies to explore internships, graduation projects, and entry-level positions.
Organized by Hanze University in collaboration with LIFE Cooperative, Samenwerkende Bedrijven Eemsregio, and the BIO Cooperative.
What to Expect at the Meet & Greet
- Engage with students: Third-year students from Bioinformatics, Biology, Medical Laboratory Research, Medical Diagnostics, Chemistry, and second-year Chemical Engineering students will attend. Students from NHL Stenden and Hochschule Emden/Leer, participating via Biotech Talent Unlocked, will also join.
- Integrated into the curriculum: Hanze stage coordinators will introduce participating companies in class beforehand.
What the Meet & Greet Offers
- ± 200 students from five programs.
- A short pitch (video or text) about your company on Blackboard & a page in the event program booklet.
- A stand: Includes two wall panels, a high table with a stool, and space for 1–3 representatives.
- ± 25 companies will participate.
- Cost of participation: €200.
